Team Legacy is an elite group of black hat hackers.
Their motto is: a fortiori - with yet stronger reason...
This particular hacking group is very secretive, and usually associates with underground Russian hacking communities as well as other underground sites such as opensc.ws
This group of hackers specialize in SQLi, cross site scripting, exploiting vulnerabilities, stress testing, social engineering, stealing your girlfriend, and many other forms of manipulation and destructive forms of hacking. They are said to be a small clan of hackers who are very skilled and immaculate; perhaps the opposite of Anonymous, which has no leader, no order, and no official members. Although Legacy members are black hat hackers, they occasionally behave and perform as white hat hackers. They assist in removing viruses from any friendly or neutral's system, not to mention finding vulnerabilities on sites which must be patched to prevent further exploits.

The most known pair from Team Rocket, who have made multiple appearances in the Gameboy games and more frequently the show, are Jessie and James, along with their main Pokemon, Meowth. Although they?re field agents for Giovanni, they tend to be less evil, if you will, and in general are the most well developed characters in the show. And of course, like any person that happens to have eyes can see, they scarily enough have wonderful fashion sense and are in love.
And, of course, they will one day rule the world.
