Intergalactic Travel

The travel between galaxies - which is considered complete and utter science fiction given the incredible distances. Even light will take 2.5 million years to reach our nearest galaxy.

Intergalactic travel, even to our nearest galaxy, would mean a minimum distance of 23,700 million million million meters away making it cleanly impossible.

travel whore

Noun. A phrase to describe one who travels to different countries just to hook up with people they don't know. A travel whore, in most cases, does not hook up with people in their area because they are too afraid of having to come into contact with that person on a daily basis, and it being an awkward confrontation.

"Hey dude, who's the hot redhead? I'd totally hit that"

"Nah dude, don't. I heard she was a total travel whore"

"Oh.. I'll just hit her up on facebook then!"

Guerilla Traveling

Guerilla Traveling is going to places for a very short time, e.g., for two or three days. Usually flying with low-cost airlines, staying in a hostel and eating in fast-foods, while trying to make the most of the visit in the shortest time possible.

Hey Mike, you pulled another Guerilla Traveling over the weekend?
-Yep, Friday I booked a RyanAir ticket to London for just €3. We had the whole Saturday and Sunday morning to see the city!
