A sedative opiod coughy syrup consisting of hydrocodone/ hycodan/hydromet mixed with some sort of alchoal similar to sizzurp and purple drank may or not be cherry/strawberry flavor. Recommended with some sort of cola like Dr pepper, coka cola vs a fruity soda
