A hand gesture. The palm is face down and the little finger and thumb are crossed underneath it. When directed at something/one it suggests that they are stupid or lame.

Can also be extended to 'spatz, rotate, die' is which the hand is turned through 180degrees and flopped downwards.

Use wisely.
