An Australian colloquialism; describing someone intellectually impaired or moronic.
In the case of this phrase, the term "roo" is an abbreviation for kangaroo, an Australian marsupial.

Used emphatically, the phrase is sometimes amended to "a few roos loose in the top paddock".

An encouragement or admonishment to tap something, whether in the common sexual usage (i.e. tap dat, "Tap that ass", et cetera) or in the ironic non-sexual usage which refers to the sexual usage. Taken from the Adam Sandler movie *Happy Gilmour*, where Sandler's character is trying to tap or putt a golf ball.

Sexual usage:
"Jimmy asked me out and I don't know what to say"
"He's hot! Tap-tap-tap-a-roo!"

Ironic usage:
"Ooh, perogies are on sale! ap-tap-tap-a-roo!"

A Spa-roos is a singular organism that wanders around the abyss of a certain internet site where it stalks among unsuspecting victims to show off it's amazing ability in douche-baggery. It could also be found lurking amongst random players where it can unleash it's super powers of complete and utter sexyness. Snug A Roo Roo

Any thing or anyone that offers security and comfort. Usually a word that refers to children and their dependency on particular security blankets, stuffed toys, mother figures, etc. May be used in later years to refer to a lover or affectionate mentor.

Little Danny loved his snug a roo roo. It was really hard when he came an age where he had to give it up.
