Needless fanboyism and praise of a person, piece of media, food item etc. Glazing occurs when someone gets so carried away by a stimulus that they proceed to speak of it in very hyperbolic terms, all while being serious and unaware of the cringe it induces. Glazing tends to occur more commonly in fandoms having many younger fans.
