Person B evades person A's gaze out of shyness, but then person B decides to reciprocate to person A. Person A repeats person B's first action. Repeat until either approach each other or one party retreats.

Get the boomug. When someone (usually a homewrecker/hoe) goes out of their way to try to gain the attention of a member in a (relatively unhealthy) relationship and "snatch" him/her from the other member.
