Get the Russian Steam Bathmug. A seriously mishandled percentage, generally referring to a set of percentages that exceed 100%. Usually the total sum is then alluded to being 140%. Also used to sarcastically cast doubt on a statement of 100%, insinuating that the actual percentage is lower (100 out of a 140, for example)
Derived from the Russian parliamentary election of 2011, where some TV reports claimed a voter turnout of 146%, sparking allegations of voter fraud and becoming an internet meme.

Get the Russian oreomug. Argues for a state religion to keep scapegoating institutionalized.
Views secularism and liberalism as a mass distribution of the scapegoating impulse.

Russian idealism views democracy as a mass distribution of the scapegoating impulse.
It pushes for a state church, state infrastructure, and mecha-pagan aesthetics (in a Soviet context) to consolidate scapegoating.
