When you are certain you feel your phone vibrating inside your pocket only to find you don't have your phone on you.

I spent a minute searching for my phone, just to find I haven't got it on me, I must be getting phantom texts.

Texting someone in a manner that is annoying and derogatory, especially if it is a common occurance.

When two people are 'dating', but they only ever text each other. They tell everyone that they're together, but are never go out, talk or do anything together.

Often seen in younger kids that don't know what a relationship is, or just idiots.
