The point in time at which, after someone dies, no living person remembers that individual anymore. The amount of time for this takes occur varies from person to person; and depends on how popular they were and how many close friends and family they have.
Charlie was very popular and well liked. It will take them many years before they reach the forgotten point. Joe was not as well known; so he will reach the forgotten point sooner than Charlie will.
