Usually a term to describe a female character in a anime, manga ,webtoon or novel with coloured hair and an over-sweetly personality.In other terms a Mary-Sue.
In Webtoons these characters are not particularly liked by readers as they are one dimensionally and have not got a lick of personality accept being kind and merciful which is why a-lot of recent webtoons follow the story of the villainess.
