Preaching about diversity when you live in an all white neighborhood.

Ignoring crime because you live in a safe, white, neighborhood.

Saying you love minorities but only send your white children to white schools.

Saying you love immigration but cry about illegals in your town.

That karen is sooo self whiteous. She cheered on the BLM riots from her safe. White, neighborhood.

The phenomenon where you have low self-esteem due to screen time limits imposed by your parents, usually if your screen time limits imposed by parents are the strictest amongst all your classmates

With this screen time—self esteem syndrome, I worry if my classmates still continue to chat with me on WhatsApp even when my mom has said, "Get off your phone."

Self-Scam

An act that turns out to be against one's own best interests. A self-scam can often be a decision which creates more problems than it solves, or that causes more trouble than it's worth. Often used to describe actions that turn out to be bad financially, or that are time-inefficient.

Buying a car is a huge financial liability. It is basically a self-scam.
I realized the module I created was more of a self-scam, because it adds a bunch of new bugs to the codebase.
Stress is just a self-scam. It does not speed up the work, and causes more mistakes.
