nurtured exceptionalism

The act of nurturing within you and others the belief that you are exceptional and all others are inferior. Entire political strategies have been built on this concept, for instance, Trumpism. Trumpism is the firm belief that adherents are superior in thought and deed to opponents, especially ones of color and minority status. You aren't born with this abhorrent belief, it has to be nurtured either by you or with your consent. The irony is that people who hold firmly to a belief in nurtured exceptionalism are by definition unexceptional as human beings.
The Proud Boys created a platform of nurtured exceptionalism, using the power of social media to propagate a cancel culture to target minorities and those with beliefs opposed to theirs.

Government Exception Bias

A form of bias based on Winston Churchill's famous quote about democracy being "the worst form of Government except for all those other forms"—used to justify abuses, atrocities, and crimes committed by democratic, quasi-democratic, semi-democratic, or pseudo-democratic governments, particularly Western and liberal democratic ones. The bias works by establishing an impossible standard: democracy is judged against utopia, while alternatives are judged against their actual historical performance. Any democratic failure is excused by "but it's better than the alternatives"; any authoritarian success is dismissed as exceptional or temporary. Government exception bias allows democratic states to commit human rights abuses, wage illegal wars, and suppress dissent while maintaining the moral high ground—because, after all, they're not as bad as those regimes. The bias is most visible in discussions of Western foreign policy, where "flawed but still the best" becomes a blanket justification for anything.
Example: "When criticized for drone strikes killing civilians, he deployed government exception bias: 'Democracies make mistakes, but at least we're not a dictatorship that murders its own people.' The comparison was true but irrelevant—it excused specific atrocities by appealing to general superiority. The victims didn't care about comparative political science; they cared about being dead. Government exception bias had done its work: changing the subject from crime to comparison."

Post-Execution Steamcore (PESC)

A fringe subgenre of the totally real* musical movement known as Steamcore, characterized by an unholy alliance of industrial chaos, absurd performance art, and oddly specific sound requirements.

A proper PESC track must contain:

The sound of wet meat being slapped (meat drum, steak percussion, etc.)

Throat chanting in any language (preferably unknown)

Vague, alien-sounding nouns and verbs

At least one coherent spoken line that makes sense grammatically but has zero context

Screams, bells, or random telephone rings

At least one unorthodox instrument (e.g., tires, coat hangers, ball-peen hammers, spoons)

Steam noises, because Steamcore

Something called a polyphonic rupture, which nobody understands but everyone agrees sounds important

PESC is allegedly post-execution because it’s “what music sounds like after the final curtain,” according to self-declared genre prophet Fateswhim.

*Totally real in the same way Bigfoot’s Spotify is real.
“Bro, this track slapped — literally, there’s a guy hitting steaks in 7/8 time over a steam hiss while someone in the background keeps yelling about moose prophecy. 100% Post-Execution Steamcore (PESC)”
