Random chilling is when you hang out in random places without any specific objective or plan.

Walking around the city centre without the intention of shopping, eating, drinking coffee etc, although such activities may randomly and naturally occur (hence the "random" part of the word) during randomchilling.

random encounter

The biggest annoyance out of any RPG when you're exploring the overworld or a dungeon.

Pokémon did away with random encounters starting in Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee, but they may still have the potential to bring them back in future games.
