a person or persons who is a peon by title or status but with elite knowledge or skill level. Thus a Peon Elite or PeeLeet.

Wow he might just be a helpdesk tech but two seconds to fix my BSOD just proves he's peeleet.

He may just be a desktop technician but his understanding of the OSI model is peeleet.

OR to think that you CAN tank because you have the highest possible tanking stats (defence) but to end up failing. Named after a shit tank, pelea8.
