noun: an opium whore is a term that began in the 1800s to refer to women hooked on the Ladnumb opium tonic medication. Since then, many other opiate drugs have become sufficient for women to use and be opium whores to such as heroin, oxycodone, vicodin, fentanyl, codiene, ect.
