A boo boo, a mistake or error, a blunder, a polite term for a careless accident that should never have happened, a painful bruise on ones backside particularly where a man carries his wallet, an injury that is worse than it first appears. See alternate definitions under boo boo.

I slipped and fell on the ice today and have an Obama where I landed on my wallet. Its not debilitating yet but every painful Obama is potentially dangerous requiring expert inspection and diagnosis but is not covered by insurance.
