The leader of a bunch of people who wish they own the world. Most of these people are either Republican politicians or hardcore capitalists, though there are also some total randos and even one Democrat. The GOOB is a supreme being whom these people worship, as they continue their attempt to make capitalism permanent.

Person 1: That guy just checked his phone, and his home screen is a photo of the GOOB.
