Doughnut Foul

Occurs when a person in a position of power in the workplace (i.e. Supervisor, Shift Lead, Front End Manager, etc.) does something that breaks one of the written or unwritten rules of said workplace, but commits said infraction out of the eyes of his or her own boss.

So, in order to buy the silence of their underlings, the person who f'd up will bring in doughnuts the next day for all those that were there to witness the infraction.

The Doughnut Foul's arch-nemesis is the Snitch of the workplace.
