The man crosses, then walks backwards into the street and places his backside on the bumper of the vehicle turning, while remaining on his cell phone. A man jumps out of the car and scares the man into peeing his pants and realizing what a socially unacceptable maneuver he just performed. The pedestrian was dealt some consciousness, likewise the person in the vehicle engaged in "dealing of consciousness" with the pedestrian.
