It's when someone is such a camel on twitter and a chamak that calling them a camel or chamak is just too easy on them.
These people are mostly from the UAE and are mostly located in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.

Much the same way a chameleon can us each eye independently a man with chameleon eyes can look his wife in the eye while looking at the rack of a women passing by simultaneously.
