Road punk

A road punk is the person who drives around like a jackass who:
1)Revs his engine for attention or 2) Purposely drives slow in a raised pickup truck with loud exhaust and when you try to pass will speed up in an attempt to cause anger and rage or cause you to crash.

The Road Punk will usually be wearing some sort of tank top, wife-beater, or no shirt at all because he thinks he is making a statement that he's a big man and a "tough guy" and owns a false muscle car. (Piece of shit)

This asshole is so concerned about being seen that he tends to weave in and out of traffic making a public spectacle of his stupidity.

Punk

The first recorded use of the term (unknown origin) occurred in the early 1590s, with reference to a “prostitute, harlot.” The term “taffety punk,” a reference to “a well dressed whore,” appears in William Shakespeare’s All’s Well That Ends Well, penned between 1604 and 1605.
