similar to (and is the very cool version of) the very uncool phrase "and then some."

"A hole in the back" represents something similar to the idea of a bottomless pit, describing that something may be limitlessly awesome, seemingly limitless in number, or someone just got beat up to no extent, etc.

Ex. "Damn, that apple turnover was unreal with a hole in the back!"

Ex. Person 1: "There are way too many idiot drivers these days."
Person 2: "Seriously, with a hole in the back."

A pretentious phrase some people use to signal approval for previous irresponsible conduct while avoiding references to the consequences of conduct they learned by necessity to avoid.

Back in the day we drank gallons of liquor and battered anyone we did not like.

sheepy-back

Wearing Ugg Boots without socks so your feet are directly in contact with the sheep skin fur stuff.

Back Bowl

While defecating, one fires out a dump very hard, often the whole girth at once. Much of the fecal matter is splattered all over the back wall of the bowl.

All that hot sauce on my breakfast taco caused me to back bowl pretty hard.
