Dry

A term used against others. This term is typically used when someone else they talk to seems boring/risky. Usually associated with an ego/alternative motive, people use this term to ward off others they see as incompatible or risky to talk to.

Person 1: I got to finally talk to someone last night but they just blocked me, why?

Person 2: Let me see the texts.

*Does their thing*
Bro. You’re so dry, all you said is hello.

Person 1: How else do you start a conversation?

Basically the opposite of funny. When someone cracks a joke that is so stupid it's not funny at all, it is considered dry.

Michela: What do you call a fly with no wings?

Alexandra: What?
Michela: A walk.
Alexandra: ...Dry.
