Red and Gold

Red and Gold, the most competitive spirit night to ever exist. There is nothing like it. Other schools try, they copy our routines, but it just is not as good. When you try to explain Red and Gold to anyone else, they won't understand the intensity of it and the amount of time and dedication that goes into it. The season is long and demanding but, it is worth every single second when you are on the Hofstra floor. Show Gold or Red, is even better than night of. People have been involved in Red and Gold for years, there are dynasties and legacies. The competitiveness is real. You know when you see the other teams routine for the first time your reaction is either oh my or YESSS we got this , but don't be cocky because night of they may pull something crazy. You all have the same goal, you want to win. In the end, when you leave Sacred Heart, you will always remember the family Red and Gold gave you.

Red and Gold, is so amazing- those girls are insane.
