The mayor Jeff Cheney touts these as a good thing, while the residents know better and are upset at the anti-single family movement by the mayor. The man who trumpets these as good things should get all the credit and have his name attached to them for the long term. Thus "Cheney Units" in good times and bad.
Frisco, TX mayor celebrates more Cheney units being approved by City Council, as residence know they will do more harm than good long term to the city. We all see this coming but he wants the short-term benefits of them and ignores the long-term negative effects.

Just Wales and England if that happens and if Wales gains sovereignty then the United Kingdom is no more and we no longer stand as a nation, not that we stood as a full nation since Ireland gained sovereignty.
