A word used by people to act as an ice breaker. One that confuses nobodys and Ivy league students alike.

James-"Yes, Clayton! Our millions we made from our Dictionary will permit us to rule the world!"

Clayton-"Indeed, James! We shall while we speak in a proposterously foolish manner"

Local stoner-"Hey youse guys put all them words in those fancy books of yours."

James-"We mostly make our profits through the internet."

Local Stoner-"The internetion which you encounter must be important for your businesses."

James & Clayton- "Yes. Yes it is......."

noun - Law enforcement operative using police decoys to catch suspects of pedophilia and other internet related crimes against minors.

"Based on an internet sting, local police arrested two men attempting to have sex with a minor."

Internet pigeon

A derisive term for the short hand used by many online speakers that plays off of Internet pidgin. It utilizes the metaphor that pigeons are rats with wings. The idea is that the weak short hand is just as virulent.

Person1: What did you think of the new dude in the guild?
Person2: He played alright, but I can't take his internet pigeon. He LOLed way too much.
Person1: Too bad, we can't have him infecting the guild. I'll drop him.
Person2: Thanks.

Internet Floater

A term used to describe a resource EG. Pictures, Media, Quotes, etc, which has been found on a different website than other resources on it's page. In other words, a compilation of images where each image is from a different website is a compilation of internet floaters. On the other hand, if one were to compile images all from the same source, they would not be considered internet floaters.

Steve: Hey check out these pics!
Bob: How do I know someone didn't just send you all those on one powerpoint?
Steve: They're internet floaters, I swear!

Someone who is lacking in confidence in real life so he hits on women on the internet. Most likely a fat guy living in his mothers basement, or some 14 year old.

OMG I'm such an Internet Cassonova, I totally just cybered with the hawtest chick! Now I need to go find some cheesy poofs so I can fall asleep in the bag crying myself to sleep, again.
