A derogatory term used to refer to a male, usually a teenager, who is regarded as inferior, inexperienced, disrespectful, immature, irresponsible, and insignificant or unimportant.

Don't listen to what those kids in juvie hall say. They're just bitter little punks who need to learn their place in this world.

starter punk

Typically a kid in middle school who just listened to the Ramones for the first time. Starts wearing leather jackets, checkered slip on Vans, sunglasses that he gets in trouble for trying to wear in class. Can also lead into adulthood if the starter punk music never evolves into deeper punk genres (i.e. post punk, pop punk, folk punk, crust punk, etc.)

Calimero punk

Calimero punk or Cali-punk is a fake subgenre of the Devo inspired genre of punk rock called "egg punk" mixed with the references and attitude of the Italian cartoon series "Calimero", whom the titular character wears an eggshell for a hat. Hence the name of the genre.

In Italy, Egg punk is called "Calimero punk".
