Depression

Depression comes different for everyone but mainly there are two way(there can be more but these are the main ones in my opinion) 1. Even when your happy you still feel a little sad it’s always just there or 2. You can’t control your emotions or feel like you can control them. They just creep up on you making you feel forever sad and alone. There are many other ways however those are the main two in my opinion.

Depression is much more than feel sad it’s feeling like you aren’t good enough like you can’t go on

A word used for extreme sadness that will not leave that includes suicidal thoughts, self doubt, fixed mindset, loss of happiness, thoughts of drinking and drugs, and faking a smile. You might not know if someone has depression.
