An e-girl is a "category" word: it's used to assemble many different specific types of girls that fit into a certain specific trend or "type". There's many mainstream/commonly known types of e-girls, for example:
1- the emo e-girl
2- the tiktok/vsco e-girl (can also be know as the aesthetic e-girl)
3- the gamer e-girl
4- the artsy e-girl

E-girl is also a term that has been derived to something pretty negative. It's often used as an insult to popular/attractive women on streaming or gamer sites like TikTok or Discord. It's also been perceived as "thot" or "internet slut", per what people have been using the term as.

"That e-girl streamer is soo sexy, she's such a thot"
"Marin is such an e-girl. She always has starbucks and is wearing that pastel outfit."
"I'm a emo e-girl, you see, I'm always wearing black and I have tons of piercings."

Refers to a woman that created a online persona of themselves. It’s a form of acting and/or modeling.

E-Girl is short for “Electronic Girl” aKa “Internet Girl”.

It’s commonly seen on social media platforms. EX:Instagram, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, ect.

Dave: You are always to bubbly and cute in your videos you post online!

A common breed of female found on the internet. Can be easily spotted by a high concentration of comments that end with "uwu" or "owo" The worst breeds can be easily found on Discord. Relationships with an E-Girl can be accompanied by an overwhelming feeling of bliss, depression, and an overall abnormal personality. E-Girls, if caught on their bad sides, can commonly be known as one of the most toxic beings in existence. They are known by all gamers as demons and are memed frequently.
