1. The evaluation of a chick who's hotness is essentially off the standard 1-10 scale, and better than a California 12.

2. Sloan Hot refers to Sloan McQuewick played by Emmanuelle Chiriquí in Entourage and is above the standard for what women should be judge against in hotness and sexually appealing

"Well now that you have a girlfriend the only other girls you are allowed to bang must be Sloan Hot".
