A term used to describe getting changed in your sleeping bag on a camping trip or sleepover. The term is derived from the shuffling and rolling motions someone makes while doing the sleeping bag shuffle.

The most notorious Sleep Demon is Bald James Charles, a floating head with the popular makeup artist, James Charles' face but missing his teeth and hair. BJC is currently watching over an unknown youtuber named Beneficial Gamer, and Princess Peach from the Mario series.
