Merriam Webster: With swag. While a daddy is an attractive older man, a Zaddy is a man "with swag" who is attractive and fashionable. It appears that it has less to do with age.
It's believed the word originated from rapper Ty Dolla $ign and his 2016 track “Zaddy”.
Early 21st century: The term Zaddy is gender-neutral.
The Z- as an intensifier, most recently suggested to come from Surreal.

Get the Zaddymug. Is a term used by REAL N.I.G.G.A.'Z to refer to the GOV'T, for which is called upon by "baby mothers", who would rather be "single mothers", whilst destroying family dynamics.
My g, I can't believe the mother of my child has me on child support. She played me out of my fatherhood, she just wanted to be one of "Zaddy's Girls ". Now she has Zaddy replacing me.
