Doin' a Twinkle

This is when a person disappears without telling anybody where they are going and for how long. The person doing a twinkle either is found completely oblivious that they are "missing" or they return as stealthily as when they left

Person 1: Dude where did Bernie go?
Person 2: I don't know, I didn't see him go, he's doin' a Twinkle

A relationship between a two people that isn't directly dating but the relationship is more than just friends. Neither one are boyfriend/girlfriend but are friends with an attraction towards each other

Twinkle Toes

When two people independently say or do something at the same time, it is customary for one to shout: "Twinkle toes!" and begin counting. Not sure why on the counting, but that's all I got.

Mary and John both said, "I wish you were here" at the same moment while talking on their phones. Mary exclaimed, "Twinkle toes!" and John just laughed.
