Shelby is someone who is a bitch. They make you think your friends, but then stab you right in the back. Nobody likes them either because of this, but no one says anything because they'll know she'll say something and get you in trouble for standing up for yourself. Also, they are super fake and treat you like your idiotic. They'll also get boyfriends but will later talk about them after the reason they broke up because they learned of her true nature.
