When someone needs to pay you back but refuses to in cash but instead offers to buy you something of equal or lesser value that you probably wouldnt want.

A pretty sweet school located in Port Credit, Mississauga, Canada. Mississauga just happens to be the 6th largest city in Canada. It got the name by having mad chronic, all though it doesn't have that much pot, we pretend too.
