The least intimidating form of aggression you can ever see, while the person that's doing the "intimidating" thinks he's scaring you
Basically acting like a Chihuahua does when it tries to threaten/intimidate you.

1. Committing as little as possible to a situation
2. Making a covert exit from a place or situation
Originated in the Silicon Valley tech scene when companies are bluffing prior to a market exit in order to increase asset value or simply to stop staff brain drain prior to an asset sale. It is an ironic phrase, intended to mean the exact opposite.

When 5th period is starting and you're still in the washroom, so you pee as fast as you can to get there on time.
Sometimes when you pee too hard you can feel the friction inside of you. It's also rlly loud and sounds like a minigun. Other people might hear it from other stalls, so be careful if attempted.

A conversational jab that was intentionally acted out to. This question compliment or statement was intended to emulate hatred, disinterest, disrespect or to provoke or instigate (stur up) sabotage drama in a relationship or commonplace human interaction.
The golden rule was always treat others how you want to be treated.

Becky: chad.. Did I tell you about this total bitch at my job she keeps giving me these back handed compliments to me.
Chad: that's probobaly micro-aggression, its her way of emulating her disrespect towards you without taking responsibility for it.. she probably hates you, just doesn't want to get in trouble. Look.. if the situation gets any worse talk to human resources. It will all be fine.
