Tibbeke is a handsome, funny, sweet guy with great taste.
A guy anyone would be lucky to be close to, and although he has a lot of friends, he picks the ones he truly trusts with care. He might act very flirty and goofy sometimes, but in reality he's a very insightful, caring guy.

To feed the tabby is to drink milk and then soon after swirl the milky liquid inside of the vagina until thoroughly satisfied. Or one member passes out.
Typically a British euphemism.

"Fucking hell, mate. She fancied me giving her "tabby" 'a' feeding."
