Ligma is a fake "fatal disease" that is commonly misinterpreted as being discovered when Fortnite streamer Ninja caught ligma and died. HOWEVER, it is a little know fact that Dr. Cowbelly discovered the disease and refrenced it in a video titled "'Why I asked everyone to unsubscribe at 1 million." To this day Graham the Christan (Cowbelly) has not been credited.
