Similar to the way Jonesin' is a craving for drugs, Juelsin' is a craving to fabricate or lie.

I was ripping around in my pimpmobile today, doing some mad JUKEBOXING. It was awesome, I was all like "JUKEBOX baby!", really freaked this one guy out.
