CIRCA (clandestine insurgent rebel clown army) Salish CIRCA was founded for the May first general strike in Seattle in 2012. The steps a dog makes when looking for the perfect poop spot. Usually starting with a circle slightly larger than its own body size, a dog will circle 'round and 'round finally just keeping his front feet planted and hopping with his back.

Observer #1: Is Fido taking care of his business yet?

circle jerk

I went to the University of Illinois in Chicago in the 60's. Back then it was know as the University of Illinois at Chicago Circle, due to it's proximity to a large circular expressway interchange. One day I came home from school and my dad asked me "How is my favorite Circle Jerk doing?" Very funny!After that I started to use the term Circle Jerk to describe some of my teachers and fellow students.

My math teacher is a real Circle Jerk.

Circuit Party

A place for drugs and unprotected sex among barely functional adult man-children who make sane, well adjusted gays look bad. They have 6 hour skin routines but do not own a mattress or a trash can because they are never in the city they work in and have not worked more than 4 days in a single month in 6 years.

Doubles as a log cabin republican getaway.

I can't remember I'm coming down off a high right now."
