After successfully downloading a world class stinker in the Asda bread aisle, Zak fled the scene and on exit gave Nicki the regulation warning "Do not go into aisle 5! I just carried out a grade A dump 'n' run!" To which Nicki turned and moved swiftly away.

It's kind of like a hit n run, only its on AIM (or whatever messaging service). It's when a person IM's somebody and then signs off or goes to an away message before getting a response. The term also applies if a person gets a response but leaves before responding back.
