The second way is when using something you are shy of, I guess? 3rd thing is that this phrase is hypothetically a CRAZE. This phrase can be put in front of ANYTHING and make sense. LITERALLY ANYTHING.

2. "Girl, who do you have a crush on? Spill!"

"Low-key...James!"
3. "Did you do homework?"

"Low-key no."
