A code word for heroin. It is often used on Tiktok to talk about the subject without getting a community guidelines violation, since the two words rhyme. It originated from a rap song that released in 2017 where the artist refers to his addiction as “meeting this bitch named Carolyn”. If someone says they know someone who got involved with “Carolyn” and don’t elaborate on an actual living person, it means the person in question is addicted to heroin and possibly other street drugs.
