"Time of dere" is a period when one is in love, or feels attracted to someone. For instance, when someone falls deeply in love with a certain idol group or actor, they might post "I've entered the time of dere." During the time of dere, anything the object of affection does will conjure feelings of love in the subject. Even situations that others would find strange will make the time of dere subject fall more deeply in love...
