Mooks or Spliff Bowls) is a tobacco and weed combo smoked out of a bong, chops are a piece of white culture and when mixed with dinner at Chili’s they become the peak of white culture. Chop’s at Chili’s started in a Chili’s parking lot in central New Hampshire and go best with a day of skiing or any sort of traditionally (but not exclusively) Caucasian activity done in the mountains.
