Post-Apocalyptic empathy

When a person who has lived through a great number of hardships in life shows the appropriate amount of baseline empathy, but the empathetic expression is couched in a level of practicality, survival and utilitarianism.

Jean-Claude Van Damme did a great job at conveying post-apocalyptic empathy in the 1989 movie Cyborg. There are small moments where he conveys great emotional responses in only split second intervals because he's mostly having to continue kicking ass.

Similar to post nut clarity, post quarantine clarity refers to the sudden moment of lucidity an individual experiences once shutdowns / lockdowns / stay at home orders are lifted and they no longer feel an attraction to their quarantine buddy.

Becky: Heard so-and-so broke it off with so-and-so once bars reopened. Must’ve been that post quarantine clarity.

Post-shit Paralysis

The feeling of utter ecstasy when you let out a toilet-snake that's been brewing all day (or possibly longer). Side-effects include dizziness, drowsiness, empty thoughts, and most of all, euphoria.

Person 1: Jesus christ, man, are you okay? Are you having a bad case of Post-shit Paralysis?
Person 2: Haha.... yeah.... i-i'm fiiine. *(promptly falls asleep)*
