Windows 3.11.9

A WNR (Windows never released) version released on Tuesday, April 2nd 1991 (which coincided with the fasting month of Ramadan), known for being the first to support Python. It blends nostalgia with modern programming capabilities, allowing users to experience both the charm of early '90s computing and the power of contemporary coding. Known for parodizing Python 3.11.9, this WNR is often seen as a quirky bridge between the past and present.
