having someone else do your work and telling everyone you are delegating the work, when you really are just too stupid to do it

A supervisor has a subordinate do a particular job (that part is OK) but then says he does not even need to know anything about it. the real problem is that the supervisor does not have the skills to do the job, so he says it is below him. He dumps the work and calls it delegation. Jerry used his skills of dumpegation to make sure he did not have to do any work this week. Really, he looks like a fool because everyone knows he just does not have a clue

Dumplestiltskin

When one takes a dump which has terds so long and tall that they appear to stand, as if on stilts, straight up in the toilet. a true dumplestiltskin must be two such terds, preferably with the heads peeking above the water level.
