A place people at one time had enough common sense to take a bag with their stuuf in without anybody ending up dead, though as with everything, there are always people that want to change that.
There are people that want everything in life to reverse course until it's going the direction they want it to, even if that direction is through a tunnel with a train coming in the opposite direction, and they're claiming that everyone will soon see the light at the end of it that they see (of course they will). An amusement park is a place people would take a bag for sunscreen, cameras, and various other items they would have on them for a day.
